Second Opinion: We want you to feel confident in your results with us. If you feel your results are not accurate, we offer a service called Second Opinions. With this service, you would submit another round of photos, and we ask a Consultant on our team to review your survey, all photos, and final palette option to confirm our initial choice with some explanation, or to provide a new palette, if we find a better fit after further review.

What You’ll Get:
  • A full review of all photos and information you provide by an experienced Second Opinion Consultant
  • Graphics to explain our conclusions in re-analysis (even if your palette remains the same)
If we decide on a new palette as the best fit, you will get:
An updated results email that includes

⌓ 4-5 “knockout” colors already in your closet
⌓ Professional skin tone explanation
⌓ Best and worst colors to choose
⌓ Personalized makeup recs (US brands)
⌓ Shoppable links for on-palette clothes (US brands)

The fine print:

*If you have a Hotmail or MSN email address, please use an alternate email, because they sometimes bounce!

*The Second Opinion is largely reliant on the quality of the photos we receive. You'll be asked to submit more photos using our guidelines. Please refrain from resubmitting old photos. Your new photos should be high res, in good lighting, and draped with fabric as much as possible (avoiding paper or bulk swatches ordered online).

*This service does not include one on one coaching after we send your Second Opinion results
